4. File Storage
Files are stored securely for the retention period applicable to your subscription plan. Expired transfers may be permanently deleted without further notice.

6. Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim to provide continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occasionally affect availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All Sendivo branding, software, website content and intellectual property remain the property of Sendivo. Users retain ownership of files uploaded to the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
